System Maintenances

Overview

System Maintenances are used to roll out updates, improvements, and infrastructure changes across the Tick2Tick platform.

To help you prepare for any potential service interruptions, we notify you well in advance of every scheduled maintenance.
Each maintenance announcement includes:

  • The start and end date and time (in UTC)
  • The reason for the maintenance
  • The expected impact, if any

You can choose whether you want to receive email notifications about upcoming System Maintenances in your Notification Settings.

Inside the Tick2Tick Dashboard, you can access the System Maintenances page by navigating to: Info → System Maintenances.

Or visit the page directly using this link.

This page lists:

  • All upcoming scheduled System Maintenances
  • All past maintenances
  • A short description explaining why each maintenance occurred
