Tracking your Requests
This page explains how to monitor your submitted Statistics Requests, track their processing status, and analyze key performance metrics.
My Statistics Requests Page
The My Statistics Requests page is your central hub for managing all Requests belonging to you. The data is presented in a dynamic table that allows for sorting, filtering, and grouping.
Request Overview Table
The table provides a comprehensive snapshot of each Statistics Request. Here is a breakdown of the available data columns:

| Actions | Quick access buttons for Details and Fine-Tuning. |
| ID | A unique reference number for your Request. Use this when opening a support Ticket. |
| Is Parent Request | Indicates if the Request was an original submission (Sierra Chart or Manual) rather than a Fine-Tune. |
| Parent Request | Displays the Timestamp and User Tag of the original parent. Useful for grouping Fine-Tune iterations. |
| Request Timestamp | The exact time the Request was uploaded to our servers. |
| Status | Shows the current state: Not processed, Processed, Processing..., or Processing error. |
| Equity Curve | A sparkline graph visualizing your balance fluctuations over the simulation. If your Request is in the Processing... status, you will see a progress bar here showing the percentage of your Request already processed by our servers. |
| Avg. RR | The average Risk/Reward ratio across all Trades. |
| Result USD | The final net profit or loss at the end of the simulation period. |
| Instrument | The trading Instrument used for the simulation. |
| TF Type & Value | The Timeframe settings (e.g., Range, Time, or Trades) and their specific values. |
| Signal Count | The total number of Signals uploaded in the Request. |
| Trade Count | The number of Signals that successfully converted into active Trades. |
| Direction | Specifies if the strategy was Long, Short, or both. |
| User Tag | Your custom label used for organizing and identifying Requests. |
| Origin | Identifies the source: Sierra Chart Integration, Manual Upload, or Fine-Tuning. |
| Number of Fine-Tunes | Shows how many Fine-Tunes have been created based on this specific Request. |
| Automatic Tag | A system-generated string of key settings concatenated for easy searching. |
| Result Timestamp | The time when the Request was processed. |
| Trade Visualization | Indicates if the Request used the Statistics - Trade Visualization or Statistics - No Trade Visualizaion Product. |
| Hidden | If the Request is hidden or not. It can be useful if you want to filter out some Requests from the table. |
| Hide/Un-Hide | Action button to change the visibility of a Request. |
Monitoring Timeline
At the far left of every row, you will find a chevron (arrow) icon. Clicking this expands a Timeline View, showing the specific milestones of your Request.
- Use this to track when the data was received, when simulation started, and exactly when the Results were finalized.
Available Actions
1. Details
Navigates to the comprehensive Results page. Here you can analyze individual trade logs, detailed DrawDown charts, and advanced performance statistics or your Request.
2. Fine-Tune
Opens the Fine-Tuning page. This allows you to change the Statistics Settings of a Statistics Request to optimize the results without re-uploading everything - for a discounted STC cost.
3. Hide / Un-Hide
Allows you to clean up your workspace. Hidden Requests can be toggled via the table filters if you need to reference them later.
4. Comparison Mode
To compare two strategies side-by-side:
- Select the checkbox on the left of two different Request rows.
- Click the Compare Statistics Requests button at the top of the table.
- This will navigate you to a dedicated comparison page where metrics are overlaid for easy analysis.
